You’ll learn how to properly use kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, power bags, slam balls, bodyweight exercises, etc, etc, etc,…⠀
All under the supervision + instruction of one our coaches who are there to make sure you’re moving safely so you can just focus on crushing your workout. ⠀

We are throwing in a bonus session with our #nbrfamily on a Saturday morning at 8:30am, a chance for you to meet the family and get in an extra workout for the week - awesome!
