  • Challenge Start Date: Monday, February 3rd, 2025

  • Challenge End Date: Sunday, March 30th, 2025

  • Celebratory Dinner: Saturday, April 5th, 2025 (details to follow)

How to Sign Up

  1. Complete the Registration Form

  2. Book Your Pre-Challenge InBody Scan: Select your preferred time slot for Sunday, February 2nd.

  3. Access Your Materials: Personalized plans will be sent on Thursday, January 30th, giving you plenty of time to prepare and ask questions.

  4. Join the Facebook Group: Link provided on January 27th to connect with the community.
